Shipping Policy

We rely on trusted, world-class shipping partners for all of our shipping needs. Our shipping and processing fees cover your order’s processing, handling, packing, and delivery. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or any surcharges that may apply to certain items. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery methods

Our products are delivered in the following ways:

  • Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address.
  • Local pickup from a UPS Access Point. You will receive an email notification when your order arrives at the chosen location, and you will have 7 days to pick it up at your convenience.
  • Truck Delivery for most larger items and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits. This usually includes our Premium White Glove service and Unlimited Items at a flat rate. Doorstep delivery may be available at a reduced Flat Rate; this option does not include assembly, and you are responsible for bringing the items into your business or home.

Standard shipping

Front Door items ship from our warehouse and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of your order. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Oversized and heavy item surcharges

Certain oversized, unusually bulky, or exceptionally heavy items may incur additional surcharges imposed by our carriers or suppliers. The carrier or supplier sets these surcharges based on factors such as weight, dimensions, distance, special handling requirements, or access limitations at the delivery location.

  • In some cases, if the carrier or supplier assesses a surcharge after your order is placed (for example, due to reclassification of weight or size, remote-area delivery, or special equipment needs), we will notify you of the additional cost for approval before your order ships.
  • If you choose not to accept a newly assessed surcharge, we will assist you in canceling or modifying the affected portion of your order in accordance with our cancellation and return policies.

These surcharges are separate from our standard shipping and processing fees and are not eligible for free shipping promotions unless explicitly stated.
