Refund policy

This refund policy applies to products sold by MyTrucker Pro and is subject to the applicable policies of the product manufacturer, supplier, or fulfillment partner, which may affect return eligibility, approval, timing, and any fees assessed.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery unless a different return period is required or imposed by the supplier for a specific product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Return authorization

To start a return, contact info@mytruckerpro.com. A return must be approved before the item is sent back, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to an error by MyTrucker Pro, the supplier, or the carrier.

Supplier policy and fees

Because certain products are supplied or fulfilled by third parties, all returns are subject to the supplier’s return, inspection, and acceptance policy. A return may be denied, limited, or adjusted if the supplier does not accept the return or imposes conditions on the return.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee or other supplier-imposed charges. Any applicable restocking charge, handling fee, or nonrefundable shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact info@mytruckerpro.com promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

If the return is due to a defective item, shipping damage, or an incorrect shipment, MyTrucker Pro will work with the supplier to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the supplier’s policy and applicable law.

Non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Additional items may be designated as non-returnable by the supplier, and those restrictions will also apply.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item, if approved, and place a new order separately.

European Union orders

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. The item must still be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund processing

Once a return is received and inspected, notice will be sent advising whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees, supplier charges, or nonrefundable shipping costs.

Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved, contact info@mytruckerpro.com.
